You will work closely with our Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, and Product Designer, and be an active part of daily discussions around new features, technical debt, product improvements, and user experience.

We're looking for an experienced .NET C# Backend Developer to join our backend team. You’ll work on a complex, component-heavy system where performance, security, and responsibility matter.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services in .NET C#.

• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and inter-system communication for performance.

• Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and secure development.

• Take ownership of your code, from implementation to testing and deployment.

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure stable and secure solutions.

This person should:

• Be a product-minded developer, curious about why we build things and how they impact the business and users—not just how they’re built.

• Think in terms of outcomes, not just outputs. They should care about what the code enables for the user and the company.

• Be comfortable giving and receiving feedback, challenging assumptions, and participating in conversations around feasibility, effort vs. impact, and long-term maintainability.

• Be proactive, not waiting on perfect specs, but instead helping shape what gets built.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of .NET/C# experience (5+ years preferred).

• Solid SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL.

• Performance-first mindset in both code and system design.

• Strong focus on testing and owning your work.

• Bonus: Knowledge of encryption/security principles or react.

• Bonus: Experience with CQRS (Command Query Responsibility. Segregation)
