We’re looking for a React developer to manage our web development.
This isn’t just a coding role – we need someone who brings product thinking, business awareness, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
You will work closely with our Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, Product Designer, and product managers in a collaborative environment that values open communication and innovation.
In this key role, you will help shape the future of our product by driving front-end development, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring high performance and scalability as we grow.

Core Technical Skills
We’re looking for a skilled React Developer to join our frontend team. You’ll work on complex, scalable web applications where performance, security, and quality are key.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain modern SPAs using React (hooks, context, functional components).
Design clean, modular, and maintainable frontend architecture for scale.
Own your code, from development to thorough automated testing and release.
Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to deliver secure, high-quality features.

Be a product-minded developer, curious about why we build things and how they impact the business and users—not just how they’re built.
Think in terms of outcomes, not just outputs. They should care about what the code enables for the user and the company.
Be comfortable giving and receiving feedback, challenging assumptions, and participating in conversations around feasibility, effort vs. impact, and long-term maintainability.
Be proactive, not waiting on perfect specs, but instead helping shape what gets built.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with React (3+ years) in production-grade web applications.
Good understanding of frontend architecture (monorepos, code splitting, lazy loading).
Solid grasp of security best practices: encryption (AES, RSA), secure storage, token handling, and XSS/CSRF protection.
Bonus: Experience with React Native, C# or automated testing.
